Austin Hughes reinforces commitment to the Sub-Saharan market Released 05 June 2008
Austin Hughes, a world leader in the design and manufacture of dedicated switch and rack mount screen technology for use in data centres and other high density server installations, has expanded its presence in the Sub-Saharan market with the appointment of R T Systems, a South African based specialist distributor that provides optimised solutions to the issues of physical security, environmental management and system control in high value technology infrastructures. Austin Hughes already has a sales manager resident in Johannesburg, Murray Spark, murray.spark@austin-hughes.eu, who has been very successful in developing the local market; following on from his pioneering work, R T Systems will provide local stock holding, additional commercial and technical support and an enhanced market presence.
Martin Hennessey, Managing Director of Austin Hughes Europe, said, "R T Systems is an ideal channel partner who, with its existing strong position in network and environmental management for large installation, is uniquely placed to grow our sales in the region.
